But why won't it show up? Blank screen syndrome...
We love to give you access to our courses right there in your Funnel Sketchers App.
Browsers (e.g. safari/chrome) love to do what we call a 'cache' This means they save the old versions of your pages, so they can load them more quickly.
The problem is, sometimes this means we can't view the new version easily.
If you have a blank screen when trying to access your learning hub, or it states something similar to the dreaded.... 'no courses found', here is what to do.
We recommend using the Chrome Browser.

If you do not have a Chrome browser (perhaps a mac user) here is how to get one.
In your browser, try loggining in in what we call an incognito tab. These are usually Cookie and Cache free, so will load the new version of your page.
Here is how to do that:
If the incognito tab works, then it is likely a cache issue. - Keep reading!
If the incognito tab does not work, pop us an email (there are other things it could be, we will help you with that)
Logging in on an incognito tab every time isn't ideal, so we can reset the Cache to get the newest pages in our usual browser. Lets have a look at how to do that:
